Distinctive architecture, careful design, energy efficiency, innovative technology and customized features are key elements of every project developed by Xpect. For Xpect, Omecara Studio created a compelling and contemporary brand identity that highlights the conceptual elements of a real estate company and combines them with the warm touch of a high-end home.
We have come up with a purely typographic sans serif logo that is elegant and timeless and reflects the full scope of Xpect's architecture. In terms of colour, we established a carefully balanced mix of black and white for the website and contrasted it with copper and taupe-coloured paper for the stationery.
