about
the studio
Omecara is a design studio born in 2020 from the creative collaboration between Tatiana Garcia and Nicolas Boon. Emerging from the realm of visual arts, the studio’s work encompasses a variety of fields, including visual arts, interior design, furniture, collectible objects, and lighting. This diversity enables them to tackle a wide range of projects and challenges. Their shared passions have driven them to embrace an interdisciplinary approach to the creative process, where imagination and intuition are fundamental elements. They seek lasting partnerships with like-minded companies who are equally passionate and committed to the pursuit of exceptional quality.
Design transcends any single discipline — it is the term that connects all conceivable creative domains.
We believe that design should have narrative value — telling a story that resonates with people.
approach
The omecara studio works internationally as an independent design practice. Whether commissioned by private clients or companies, they devote themselves to developing and designing objects and interiors with an emphasis on the quality of materials, craft techniques and production processes. All the pieces produced by the omecara studio are handcrafted by small-scale manufacturers with exceptional craftsmanship.
The studio provides reliable and dedicated support at every stage of your project. Their goal is to create bespoke projects that reflect the distinctiveness of each client. All products are fully adaptable to meet any specific requirements.
- manifesto
- Our design work is not confined to a single project or stylistic approach; it is the variety of subjects and methodologies that shape the identity of the studio. Design transcends any single discipline; it is the term that connects all conceivable creative domains. It represents a cognitive interplay between various fields, culminating in outputs that possess narrative, functional and aesthetic attributes. We believe that design should have a meaningful story to tell, and the resulting works should visually captivate the viewer.
